About Lesley Rayer

I was born and raised in California and started working in real estate in Beverly Hills, CA,  at the age of 17.  Once graduating high school, I quickly obtained my license and worked as a commercial and residential property manager in Venice Beach, CA.  In the early ‘90s, I was recruited to establish an auction division of real estate for Fred Sands Realtors (The Sands Group) in Brentwood, CA.  Our largest auction was for real estate owned properties held by TransAmerica Corporation. We took over 240 homes, in 6 different counties, to auction over a 2-day period. It was the largest wide-spread residential auction on record at that time.

My husband and I moved to Austin, Texas and settled in the Four Points area in 1998, over 25 years ago, were we raised our two children who are now off at college (our son at A&M; and, our daughter at Ole Miss).  During this time, I pursued real estate as an investment opprotunity for our family and purchased over 15 properties to rehab or build (including all aspect of design) in the Austin area as well as vacation properties in Telluride, CO, Santa Rosa Beach, FL and Oxford, MS.  I acted as our own property manager for our residential income portfolio and also implemented and managed our vacation by owner properties in the 30A area of Florida and Oxford, MS.

We have made a recent move to Kingsland, TX after we finished building our home on LBJ.  I am excited to be a part of the extroardinary growth of the area and bring over 30+ years of succesful personal and professional experience in real estate industry.
