I have been in the real estate business for over 24 years, and my specialty is Lake LBJ waterfront residential properties. Most of my business comes from repeat customers and referrals from the many clients I have had the pleasure to work with over the years. I have been a consistent million-dollar producer since joining Landmasters in 1993. My awards include the CENTURY 21 Centurion Award in 2007 and 2009, CENTURY 21 Ruby Award for 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2011, 2014, and I was named a Texas Monthly Super (5-Star) agent from 2005 to 2014.
Born and raised around Knoxville, Tennessee, I attended the University of Tennessee. My husband Ray and I have 2 children, Terri and her husband, David; and Mike and his wife, Ada; and 5 perfect grandchildren and 1 great-grandson. We lived in North Palm Beach, Florida, from 1963-1981 where I was a real estate agent for 3 years. In 1981, we were transferred to San Antonio because of Ray’s work with Pratt and Whitney Aircraft. I worked for the President of the UT Health Science Center for 4 years and then as a Legal Secretary for 4 years. Upon moving to Hill Country, I obtained my Texas real estate license and I’ve been enjoying my career ever since. I enjoy working with people. My goal is for both Sellers and Buyers to be completely satisfied and enjoy a smooth closing.
