About Mark Virdell

I moved back to Llano, my hometown, after coaching a few years. I opened my own real estate office in 1985 and now have Landmasters Real Estate offices in Llano and Kingsland. Over the years, I have been active in civic activities and public office.

My wife, Sherrie, and I have three grown children. Dawna is a graduate of Colorado State in Fort Collins, Colorado where she received her Chemical Engineering degree. Nathan graduated from Texas Tech in Lubbock, Texas where he received his Civil Engineering degree, and Andy received his degree in Finance from Texas Tech.

I feel very fortunate to live in a place where so many good folks want to live or just come play. This area is full of history and I still enjoy hearing and keeping up with the many stories of Llano’s Legend and Lure. I received my Broker’s license while in my early twenties and for 20 years I was a licensed general real estate appraiser. I enjoy following market trends and helping buyers and sellers make smart decisions concerning their real estate investments.
