Realtor®

As a lifelong resident of the Texas Hill Country – over 30 years in Llano County – I am pleased to share the beauty and abundance it has to offer. Llano offers a generous, kind, and engaged community as well as the natural beauty of the Llano River and countryside. I moved to Llano in 1978 to give my children the benefit of a small-town community and education which has served them well. Now I am happy to have my grandchildren nearby, also products of our community and school system. Over the years I have bought and sold many homes and businesses in Llano, including several restoration projects and rental properties (both residential and commercial).

I have also been a local business owner for 30 years. I have a strong and versatile understanding of both residential and commercial possibilities based on real-world experience and a hands-on approach to the business of making these investments work. My real estate career has given me the opportunity to share my experience with others, and I have made many new friends.

My achievements include the Quality Service Producer award 2012-2014, Texas Monthly 5 Star Agent 2011-2015, Multi-million dollar production, and many local office awards. Over the years I have contributed much time, energy, and resources to this community which has given me so much. I was on the Board of the Chamber of Commerce for 5 years, participating in all endeavors the chamber undertook, including organizing the Chamber banquets, pulling the Chamber float to area parades, working the Chamber booths, and much more. I have participated in helping most of our local organizations and held a record-breaking fundraiser for our youth. I was named Citizen of the Year in 1995 In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, quiet moments fishing on the Llano River, long walks in the country, taking care of my gardens, and getting creative in my kitchen.
